KW Interior Design Studio work with homeowners, business owners and developers on interior design projects, both big and small. Klaudia oversees the project from concept to completion and helps you create timeless, sophisticated and elegant interiors that stand the test of time. Every interior design project is completely tailored specifically to client’s needs. We begin each project with an in-depth consultation to understand your vision, style and functional requirements.
​Design Process
Design Consultation
Once I receive your enquiry, I will schedule a time to meet at your property to discuss the project in depth and gain a clear understanding of your needs, style preferences, and budget. During our meeting, I will take photos and measurements of the space to prepare a detailed quotation and design brief. Upon your approval, we’ll move forward to the next phase, where I will begin creating your initial mood boards to bring your vision to life.
Concept
Comprehensive concept will be developed, outlining the proposed materials, floor plan, and layout. I will also include furniture selections and finishing touches, presented through mood boards and sketches. This concept will be shared with you for review, and your detailed feedback and approval will be essential before progressing to the next stage.
FF&E
After receiving the client’s approval, I will proceed to refine the concept boards. I will carefully curate key furniture pieces, soft furnishings, and accessories to complete the design scheme, and provide a detailed breakdown of costs and a finalised timeline.
Installation & Handover
At this stage, the proposed concept will have been agreed upon, and work will commence. I will conduct site visits to ensure that everything aligns with the design plan. Once the rooms are ready, we will schedule an installation day to complete the styling and finalise the space before handing it over to you.

We choose high-quality elements that align with your style and requirements, Updates, final revision and presentation, Minimum one on-site visit throughout the project to manage the project and personally style your products, 14 days post Design Support,
Premium Interior Design Package Everything included in the Core Interior Design Package, Minimum 6 weeks of design time with your designer, depending on the size of the project, 3D Visualisation, CGI Visualisation - Photo-Realistic images of your Interior (available at extra cost, please send inquire), Bespoke item sourcing; Catering to clients who seek unique and special products to enhance their spaces. Klaudia goes beyond online sources, traveling around the country to discover one-of-a-kind pieces that align with your vision (if applicable), Minimum two on-site visits throughout the project to manage the project and personally style your products, 30 days post Design Support Trade discounts (if applicable)
